The Riva 56′ SportRiva is a yacht where Italian elegance and luxury meets innovative design.
“The focus of the 56′ SportRiva’s design is on the huge curved windscreen glass,” Yachting previously reported. “The windscreen panels extend across and up and over the lower helm and what looks like a secondary windscreen above is purely a contrasting decorative panel. The flybridge has its own prominent reverse-angle windscreen that challenges the flowing lines and adds a hint of aggression to the style but you reap the benefits of this screen out at sea when traveling at speed.”
“As far as style goes [Riva’s] are top of the tree; but it’s always matched to innovative design. The SportRiva concept hews to this tradition by combining the best features of sports and flybridge cruisers, delivered with a high level of passion.”
Open the sliding glass door and flip up the salon window to blur the lines between inside and outside spaces. Note the flybridge steps on centerline. The after section of flybridge has two chaise-style lounge chairs with beige waterproof fabric and backrests, which is perfect for sunbathing on a long cruise. A barefoot-friendly teak sole leads to the helm, which was built large enough to seat three people, allowing guests to feel the breeze and enjoy the 360-degree ocean views with the captain.
Gabriela is powered by twin MAN V8-900 CRM diesel engines, producing a combined 1,800 horsepower, which will push the vessel up to a max speed of 34 knots. The captain has access to the following amenities to help keep the vessel running safe and true while cruising at a comfortable speed of 30 knots:

Guests can be seated on an off-white leather sofa around a folding wooden table and entertained with a flat-screen TV or a Bose stereo system. Down one set of steps aft of the salon area is the galley, which is attached to the crew area to guarantee quality service to owners and guests. The galley has the following equipage to enhance the entertainment experience:

The aft deck on Gabriela has a hidden outside galley with a sink, Miele Ceran cooktop, built-in cooler and cover. BThe swim platform offers access to the transoms garage and a Williams jet tender, which can easily be launched for on-shore excursions.

The master stateroom has a mirror backrest berth, glass hatch with complete sliding blackout, bed lights, Condaria independent A/C comptroller, three large closets and one drawer, and a Sharp flat-screen TV.
