Looking for a sleek, high-performance yacht with sporty, aggressive power? Different Drummer II is a 2019 model Palm Beach Motor Yachts PB52 with spacious entertainment areas, including a full-beam salon. There are also two staterooms with en suite heads. The price on Different Drummer II has been reduced to $2.45 million.

The hull of Different Drummer II is constructed via vacuum-infused E-glass with carbon fiber used in structural areas for added support. It’s cored with Corcell and Airex foam, and the builder uses stitched multiaxial fabric and vinylester and epoxy resins. The deck and superstructure are fully-infused carbon fiber and 316 marine-grade stainless-steel is used on all exterior strength steel fittings, and all bulkheads and fixed furniture are structurally bonded to the hull and deck for superior strength and rigidity. In case of collision, a watertight bulkhead is located in the bow. The interior is outfitted with optional Burmese teak.

Twin 600 hp Volvo Penta IPS800 diesel engines can quickly push Different Drummer II, which displaces 49,900 pounds, up to a reported top speed of 31 knots. At a 25-knot cruise speed, fuel consumption is 46 gph and range is 400 nautical miles.

The starboard helm is built with a teak sole, teak steering wheel and a custom leather captain’s bench-style seat with room for two. To port is a custom-built bench seat, which can be used as a navigation/charting station or allow guests to join the captain during a cruise. Three large windscreens with wipers along with large side windows give the captain a clean sightlines. There is also a cockpit docking station. some of the yacht’s notable navigational gear includes:

Different Drummer II‘s salon has an L-shaped settee with teak table on the port side and two sofas with a teak table inbetween on the starboard side. Large windows, which can be opened electronically, give guests a 360-degree uninterrupted view, and allow natural light and breezes to flow throughout the salon. Custom European Simarra Sisal carpet, solid teak cabinetry with a satin finish, and custom Ultraleather upholstery enhance the luxury and comfort equation. The salon opens up to the cockpit and owners can easily entertain guests from the galley forward. 

The cockpit has a corner bench seat, sofa with teak table, wet bar and docking station. Lower the teak table, add a cushion and turn the sofa into a sunbathing platform. Prepare meals on a Kenyon electric grill along with a few beverages from the wet bar, or open the garage and take out the 2017 Sirocco 310 RIB-HY 10’3″ tender. The cockpit is spacious and flows seamlessly into the salon.

The galley on Different Drummer II is located forward the helm station and down a few steps. The U-shaped galley has a teak sole, solid Silestone countertop,“Tigris Sand,” stainless-steel sink with designer faucet recessed in countertop, under-bench recessed disposal bin with Silestone cover and plate rack with cup holders. Large countertop space allows owners to comfortably prepare and cook just about any type of meal using the Miele KM-6320 induction cooktop or Miele H6200BM speed oven/microwave. Stow your cold goods in an Isotherm DR160 drawer refrigerator and dry goods in the numerous cabinets and drawers. The galley is centrally located, allowing owners to easily entertain guests in the salon and ther cockpit. 

After a long day on the water, owners and guests can retire to one of two staterooms for a good night’s rest. The master stateroom has a custom island berth with foam mattress and under-berth stowage drawers, custom European Simarra Sisal carpet, premium-quality custom upholstery, teak cabinetry with a satin finish and en suite head with teak sole. Nose into a book under the reading lights, or watch your favorite show on a 32″ Samsung HDTV before calling it a night. The VIP stateroom has double berths with stowage, custom European Simarra Sisal carpet, custom upholstery, custom portholes, solid teak cabinetry with a satin finish, dressing cabinets and mirrors, overhead hatch with privacy blind and screen and a private en suite head. Reading lights and a 24″ Samsung HDTV are also available in the VIP stateroom.
