Fraser Adds Planet Nine to Charter Fleet

Built by Admiral and delivered in 2018, Planet Nine combines long-range cruising capability with luxury accommodations designed for extended voyages. The 242-foot explorer yacht has joined Fraser’s global charter fleet, giving charter guests access to one of the most capable expedition yachts currently available for charter in the Americas.

Planet Nine recently underwent an interior refit that introduced a softer, more contemporary feel throughout the living spaces while maintaining the rugged profile that defines her explorer-yacht pedigree. Accommodations are arranged for 12 guests in seven king staterooms, along with an additional cabin for staff. A private owner’s deck spans the yacht’s full beam and includes a master suite, gym, spa and dedicated theater room equipped with a state-of-the-art audiovisual system.

Designed for exploration, Planet Nine is equipped with helicopter capability, a guest elevator and a separate crew lift, allowing guests to move easily throughout the vessel. The yacht’s expansive interior volume and expedition credentials make her well suited for remote cruising destinations while providing the comfort expected aboard a luxury charter yacht.

Adventure is a major focus of the onboard experience. Guests can enjoy activities ranging from kiteboarding, windsurfing and e-foiling to scuba diving and sport fishing. Supporting the program is a 43-foot Freeman center console outfitted for offshore fishing excursions and a variety of watersports activities.

According to Fraser, Planet Nine has limited charter availability in Panama and Costa Rica this spring and early summer before heading to Alaska for private use. The yacht is expected to return to Mexico for the winter charter season, where her crew will continue offering adventure-focused itineraries throughout the region.With a combination of expedition capability, luxury amenities and a comprehensive watersports program, Planet Nine enters the Fraser fleet as one of the largest and most capable charter yachts operating in the Americas.
