The flagship of the De Antonio fleet, the D60, blends sleek Mediterranean styling with impressive performance and a layout designed for maximum versatility. At first glance, it’s a sophisticated dayboat with expansive lounging spaces and elegant lines. But beneath the surface lies a carefully engineered 60-footer capable of delivering thrilling speed, innovative functionality, and surprising volume.

Powering the D60 are quad 600-horsepower Mercury Verado V12 outboards, discreetly hidden beneath the aft sunpad. Lift the second section of the sunbed and you’ll find the quartet of engines that push the yacht to a top speed of about 45 knots. That kind of performance is made even more impressive by the boat’s dual-step hull design—a feature rarely seen in this size and class. The stepped hull dramatically enhances efficiency and stability at speed, giving the D60 a confident, “on rails” feel whether cruising in the mid-30-knot range or pushing toward top end. Turns are crisp, throttle response is immediate, and the boat reacts precisely to helm input.

Helming the D60 is an experience in itself. The centerline helm position places the captain directly in command, flanked by triple helm seats and supported by a bow thruster and joystick for easy close-quarters maneuvering. Visibility is excellent thanks to a single-pane windshield and nearly 360 degrees of glass, leaving virtually no blind spots while underway.

The D60’s 17-foot beam translates into expansive outdoor living spaces. A standout feature is the large aft sunpad—big enough to accommodate five or six guests. At its center, a removable section doubles as a chilled compartment, perfect for keeping champagne or refreshments close at hand. Beneath the sunbed lies another clever surprise: a tender garage.   A Williams MiniJet 280 can be fitted on the platform. Inside the tender garage, an optional semi-custom 250cm length tender fits, and can be launched into the water via a manual carbon-made crane.

Just forward, the beam continues to work in the yacht’s favor in the alfresco dining area. A U-shaped settee paired with loose chairs easily seats eight guests for lunch, and an awning can be deployed overhead when the midday sun gets intense. Wide side decks lead guests forward to a foredeck that rivals the aft area in versatility. Benches on sliding tracks allow multiple configurations—from sun lounge to dining space—depending on the occasion. Owners can even opt for a hot tub here, transforming the foredeck into a true relaxation zone.

The D60’s open, social feel carries seamlessly into the salon, where large windows flood the interior with light. Both side windows drop down, and when paired with the sliding aft door, the space opens completely to the outside—creating a full open-boat atmosphere. Headroom is generous—tall enough to accommodate even NBA-height guests comfortably.

Flexible seating solutions ensure there’s room for everyone onboard. The salon’s petite table sits on a high-low platform, allowing it to convert easily for additional seating when loose chairs are brought in. Clever details are everywhere, including shelving that doubles as discreet ladders leading up to a private sunpad above.

One of the D60’s most impressive design traits is its natural flow from stern to bow, a concept that continues below decks. Two interior access points lead down—one to the galley and the other to the staterooms—while the abundant glass above creates an atrium-like foyer that enhances the sense of openness.

Accommodations are available in two- or three-stateroom layouts. The standout space is the full-beam master suite aft, which feels far larger than the yacht’s exterior lines might suggest. Inside, owners will find a generous berth, a settee, vanity, en suite head, and even a true walk-in closet. Forward guest accommodations can either remain as two separate cabins or combine into a spacious VIP in the two-stateroom configuration.

The galley, accessed by an interior stairway to port, is practical and well-equipped for day cruising or extended outings. A two-burner cooktop, microwave, and ample prep space provide everything needed to prepare meals while underway.

Throughout the yacht, systems and controls are designed with simplicity in mind. Everything is clearly labeled, backlit, and easy to operate at a glance.

With 45-knot performance, multiple entertaining zones, flexible accommodations, and meticulous attention to detail, the De Antonio D60 delivers a compelling blend of sportiness and luxury. It’s a yacht built for owners who want speed, space, and adaptability all in one striking package.

The only real question once aboard: where will you take it first?
